Come to this FREE talk to learn how reducing light pollution benefits people and pollinators. This talk covers dark sky principles, local advocacy in SW Oregon, and simple and affordable outdoor lighting solutions for everyone, with examples from the Talent area.

Speakers:
Liz Shen and Sam Dennis are the founders of Applegate After Dark, a dark sky advocacy group with a mission to increase awareness and knowledge of the health, environmental, and economic benefits of dark nights, while working to decrease light pollution in the Applegate Valley. Ethan Robison is PPRV’s Pollinator Pals ‘bug guy’.
